Offerings
Facilitated Discussions
Facilitated discussions are opportunities to engage members of employee-led groups in deep discussion, assess the current state of the groups, and identify needs and desired support.
Refuge & Resilience Workshops
Refuge & Resilience workshops focus on creating a safe space for members of employee-led groups to share their stories, form deeper connections, and de-stress. Drawing from mindfulness practices, research on belonging, and thought leadership on creating brave and intentional community, these interactive workshops provide opportunities to engage in vulnerability, deep listening, and wellness practices for collective care.
Conflict & Repair Workshops
Conflict & Repair workshops focus on helping employee-led groups navigate the internal tensions keeping them from feeling connected and achieving their desired goals. Drawing from peer-reviewed research on teams and negotiation, as well as social justice organizers’ best practices for mediation and conflict resolution, these interactive workshops provide opportunities to practice moving through conflict in generative ways.
Self Determination & Co-Creation Workshops
Self Determination & Co-Creation workshops focus on helping employee-led groups put aside outside expectations, and determine for themselves what they want the focus of their collective efforts to be. Drawing from research on teams as well as Black feminist principles of interdependence and decentralized leadership, these interactive workshops provide a container to align on the group’s strengths and longings, generate inspired visions for the future of their group, and take aligned action in sustainable ways.
Custom Engagements
Some employee-led groups may have needs that don’t fit as well with the other offerings. What matters most is a genuine motivation to create more community within the groups, and empower them to shape change at work and in the world in ways that honor their needs. We can work together to structure an engagement that’s right for them.
