Why this Work Matters
-
CONNECTION
Being vulnerable, learning how to create an environment of care, and uplifting the voices of group members deeply impacted by systems of oppression facilitate trust and authentic relationships.
-
CREATIVITY
Strengthened by trust and able to work interdependently as a team, employees in these groups grow the capacity to reimagine a more just workplace and world, bringing their visions to life with joy.
-
COMMITMENT
Building together from a place of resilience, empowerment, and care has the power to strengthen employees’ commitment to each other, the work, and by extension the broader organization.
